Guava is a tropical fruit and it is cultivated in asian countries. These guava is rich in protiens and vitamins. The amount of nutritions present in 160gm of guava is 50mg of alcium,20gm of Carbohydrates, 10gm of fiber, 2mg of Niacin and also contains Vitamin A,B.C in it. 1. This guava is rich in astringents and which binds up loose bowels in diarrhea.

I have always loved this fruit and I remember buying them outside my school and relishing it. my mum has always encouraged us to eat and drink this fruit’s juice because of all the health benefits it contains.
